Change

Today, our first African American President was sworn into office. It is a historic day. A day of change. A day of hope.

"But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions — that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America." -President Obama

In light of this new change and hope for our country, I can't help but to internalize these sentiments. Today is a time for change and hope for our family. A time to be healthy (and by posting about this, I hope to hold myself more accountable), a time to be happy , a time to be together, and a time to not get so wrapped up in what might happen (jobs, money, and other stresses) but to really revel in what is happening.
