
I am starting Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred today. I am excited to be taking on this personal challenge - to exercise everyday! With all of the changes happening around here (more on them this week), this should be a much better way to deal with my stress level and keep my energy up. And, hopefully by writing about it here, I will be more accountable - something about sharing this publicly adds some motivation. :-)

**UPDATE**
I did the DVD both Sunday and Monday morning. It's a great workout, and my legs have felt like jello - but I'm taking that as a good sign.
