The garden layout was planned and seeds' places assigned.The packets were purchased and ideas refined.
The children were happy to help at the tableAnd plant the seeds as best they were able.
The season of gardening has again begunWith sweet little sprouts reaching for the sun.

I'm doing flowers from seeds this year. Going to try out my not-so-green thumb. I bought the little green-house container. The little sprouts are now big but all the annuals I bought are dead. They got too big to have in those little pea pots. Oh well.

LOVE Sophie's little dress! I love reading about your gardening adventures - it's something I would totally do if I had the space (and didn't have to travel so much for work). New house has tons of space and landlady has offered me a spot in their existing (and huge) garden - I shall have to give it a go if the move becomes permanent!
And I love beets. :)
