Six

Twas' the night before my induction,

and all through the house,

everyone was stiring,

because it was election day, no doubt.

The very next morning,

bright and early we rose,

and headed to the hospital,

sock booties covered my toes.

The day was long,

and some trouble came about,

it wasn't until after midnight,

you finally made your way out!

We are so very blessed,

by you, our sweet son.
