Tonight we went to Zoo Boo at Como Zoo. We'd never gone, but since it was a gorgeous evening, it seemed like the perfect time to go.
The kids donned their costumes, and Mario, Minnie and I traveled to the zoo.
We enjoyed seeing all the other visitors in costumes, along with various zoo staff and volunteers. While we wandered around the grounds, the kids were able to "trick or treat" and get various item - pencils, a puzzle, and candy. Sophie loved all the music and dancing. Tyler loved all the photo cutout stands and the fire truck.
But, the last items that were handed out were given by a staff from Health Partners dressed as a large needle and a specimen cup. Yup. That's right. A needle and specimen cup.
Really? We are now the proud owners of not one, but two, specimen cup puppets.

I would be happy to take one of the puppets off of your hands - can you imagine how hilarious it would be to hang it in my cubicle at NASA? :)
Oh that is so funny about the puppets...I think that your face in that picture is perfect! Looks like you had a great time!
Gina,
When they handed the kids the puppet, Jon turned to me and said, "Is that really what I think it is?". A Como staff memeber laughed and said, "Just go with it."
Kristen,
I'll definately send you one. I can't imagine that our kids are going to miss it, and your co-workers will definately get a kick out of it. :-)
Apparently we missed that one when we went! haha! So funny, your face in the last pic tells it all!
