2 years ago my grandpa went to heaven.
There are days when it seems like it was much more recent, moments when the memories of those final hours are so vivid.
And yet, there are other times when it seems like so much more time has passed. The kids have grown and changed. New great-grandchildren have been born. Life has gone on.
But, no matter how much time passes, he is still in my thoughts, and the memories from my 27 years with him are cherished.
