First Haircut

Sorry, this post is long overdue.

In the midst of getting ready for our big trip to Chicago, we decided to stop and get haircuts for both Jon and Tyler. I had no intentions when we left in the morning of having Sophie's haircut. However, when we arrived, I asked our stylist if she thought that she could quickly just trim the back, which was resembling a lovely frizzy mullet. I did have doubts that Sophie would sit cooperatively in the chair, but thankfully I was wrong. She sat nice and still and now has a cute, trimmed "bob" in the back. So, for the record book, her first haircut was February 28, 2009 (at almost 22 months old).
